At Horse Legacy, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you may return the items under the following conditions:
1. General Terms
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
2. Products Excluded from Return
Customized or made-to-order items.
Products that have been damaged due to improper use.
Products that have been used.
3. Return Procedure
Contact us at horselgy@yahoo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reasons for the return.
Once you have received your RMA number, carefully package the items and include a copy of the original invoice.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the product is defective or a mistake was made on our part.
5. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to place a new order.
